ECV Reservation

Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) Reservation
ECVs used for mobility purposes due to a medical condition are permitted. General scooters are not permitted at the Zoo. The Zoo has a limited capacity of ECVs that can be reserved in advance for mobility purposes. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to operate an ECV. The maximum weight limit of the ECV is 400lbs. To reserve an ECV please select a date and complete your reservation details.
Please be advised that there are steep grades on the site and some of the gradual grades do not meet current accessibility standards. In particular, access to the Canadian Domain is via a steep hill and is not recommended for guests in wheelchair or use of electric scooters. The Zoo evaluates the accessibility of our buildings and grounds on an on-going basis to improve the experience for all our guests.
