The Zoo has a limited capacity of wheelchairs that can be reserved in advance for mobility purposes. The maximum weight limit of our wheelchairs is 250lbs. To reserve a wheelchair please select a date and complete your reservation details.
Please be advised that there are steep grades on the site and some of the gradual grades do not meet current accessibility standards. In particular, access to the Canadian Domain is via a steep hill and is not recommended for guests in wheelchair or use of electric scooters. The Zoo evaluates the accessibility of our buildings and grounds on an on-going basis to improve the experience for all our guests.
